About Role:

In this dynamic role, you will be the engine driving our online customer acquisition efforts. You will develop, execute, and analyze paid advertising campaigns across various channels, with a laser focus on maximizing return on investment (ROI). You will be a data whiz, able to translate complex metrics into actionable insights that optimize campaigns and fuel our growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to paid search, display advertising, social media, and email.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze performance data to derive actionable insights and optimize campaigns for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different digital channels to maximize return on investment while staying within budgetary constraints.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with the creative and development teams to implement strategies for improving website conversion rates and user experience.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements to continually improve campaign performance.
  • Identifying Trends and Opportunities: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Audience Segmentation: Utilize data-driven insights to segment target audiences effectively and tailor marketing messages for better engagement and conversion.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Adherence to Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and best practices in performance marketing.

Qualification Requirements:

  • D2C brand experience is a must.
  • Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and Shopify.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Experience in managing Conversion campaigns on Meta and AdWords.
  • Knowledge of Shopify backend and tracking parameters for conversion funnel attribution to corresponding channels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
