1. Services Provided
We offer digital marketing services including, but not limited to:

2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required for us to deliver services.
- Respond to requests for feedback or content approvals in a timely manner.
- Secure necessary rights or licenses for all third-party materials you provide to us.
3. Payment Terms
- Fees and payment schedules will be specified to your email or invoice.
- Payments are due within 10 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.
- We will not be liable for any refund against the used services.
- We reserve the right to pause or terminate services for non-payment.
4. Term and Termination
- These terms apply for the duration of our service relationship.
- Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice.
- Upon termination, the client will pay up to the notice period days.
5. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of all content and materials you provide.
- We retain ownership of any proprietary tools, code, or templates we use.
- Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables may transfer to you.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of our engagement.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your content, instructions, or violations of third-party rights.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gurgaon.
